Takashi Tobe (戸部タカシ Tobe Takashi) is a classmate of Yumemi Hidaka, Ichiko Ono and Suzume Imamura. He makes his debut in the second OVA and is a very bright student with a realistic, dependable, but "fence-sitter" personality. Because he often listens to Ichiko and is shown to admire her on many levels, it is implied that he has a crush on her, but Ichiko herself shows no signs of noticing this. His parents' house is a shrine and Yumemi, Ichiko, and Suzume take a part-time job there as shrine maidens during the second OVA.
